I always feel welcome and cared for when I visit Insignia. The staff always have a friendly, professional welcome to new and returning customers and take time to provide advise of services they can offer to best suit each individual’s need, whether this is for some much needed self-care pampering or whether you want to spoil a loved one. There is a great work culture there as you can see the staff support one another and have fun together, which makes for a wonderful environment to walk into as a customer.

I had the most incredible experience. I came in for a much needed break and it was even better than I had hoped for. The whole experience was amazing. The staff were friendly and caring, they made me feel at ease and relaxed. Thank you all so much.
