I had Emma and janaya come to my house on Saturday 5th March to do my bridal party and my own hair and makeup. From the minute they arrived they were amazing! They were so calm and perfectly on time with what they were doing. They were good to have a laugh and a chat with. But most of all the hair and makeup. OH MY GOD they did such an amazing job! They made myself and my bridesmaids feel amazing the whole day and night! Thankyou again ladies! I’ll be recommending you both to anyone that ask! Thankyou, Thankyou. Thankyou! 💜

Staff not wearing masks, no other clients wearing masks. My stylist was interrupted and called away about 8 times during the 45 minutes she spent completing the hair cut and blow dry. No conversation about styling was completed before she started - my very curly hair was blow dried dead straight then cut. Will not return.

Unfortunately I booked for a 75 min facial. By the time I was taken in to the room 15 minutes had already lapsed. Then I waited a further 5 mins on the table for the beauty tech to come back. However the facial finished right on the exact time if I had actually been taken in and started straight away. So I lost about 20 mins worth of facial time. A little disappointed. The therapist was nice. Did not offer any advice for my skin or recommendations.

I've been searching for a good hairdresser for years I've never found one until now. Insignia hair and day spa are defined one of the best hairdressers I've ever been to in my whole life. As soon as you walk on inside you get a warmth feeling about the place and the girls and guy make you feel at home. The professionalism is amazing I've been seeing pheobe for my hair colours and cuts and what I love about pheobe is she will tell you straight up if your hair is too damaged to do a colour and I honestly love that because the amount of times I've been to hair dressers and they just do it and kill my hair shocks me. I really respect the honesty and that they actually care about hair and how to look after it. I cant thank pheobe enough for how much she has saved my hair and let me walk out looking good. I'd highly recommend to everyone to come visit this shop. Not only is it the hair treatment/great people who work there and actually care about their clients hair/ but they also go out of there way to ask if you would Like a tea or something and when they make it they bring it out on a cute wooden board with a Tim Tam Tam cheese and crackers you can't beat cheese and crackers I'm telling you! But on the serious side If you are looking for an amazing hairdresser I can not recommend this team enough they are all lovely and once again pheobe thankyou for taking care of me and my hair you are amazing.
