My daughter went in to get her hair done for her Year 12 formal. She had a picture of the style she wanted as well as explaining exactly what she wanted. The stylist did nothing remotely like she was shown. If it wasn't for Steve coming to the rescue and redoing my daughter's hair, the day would have been ruined. Thank you Steve for saving the day.

The staff take pride in their work, the care and they go above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful experience and leave feeling pampered and relaxed.

I always feel at home when i go to Insignia. All of the staff are AMAZING!! If I need cheering up this is the place to be! Melissa is just absolutely beautiful,so caring and thoughtful. Mikayla does my hair and it always comes out perfect! Outstanding service!

I attended the salon several years ago and some staff were rude on both accessions. But my daughter told me to give it another as it’s a great salon now. Today was a lovely experience the staff were kind, professional and respectful. I had a spray tan I think it was danielle . Thank you
