Insignia is my local salon and I would not go anywhere else for my beauty treatments. The staff are super friendly and the quality of the service is top class. I only have one point of constructive feedback - I had a massage recently and was really cold during the experience. The massage was lovely but the room was very cold and there was only a towel covering me so it kind of took away from the relaxation of the experience slightly.

The only feedback I have is relating to the hair wash/treatment. I think it would be good to encourage the staff washing hair to be a bit gentler. I felt like my hair was getting ripped out, and the massage was anything but relaxing and i left with a headache. Other than that, i was happy with the service as usual.

Love my new hair colour after advice from Mikayla. Both Mikayla and Hayley treated me like a queen. Will definitely be back. Thanks Again girls
