Clare was an excellent technician and I really enjoyed her calm & gentle manner. She made me feel relaxed and was happy to talk and make jokes, or sit in silence. She listened to my requests and explained parts of the procedure, whilst delivering high-quality service. Claire's professionalism and friendliness makes me want to revisit Insignia again in future

The service really was excellent and when I asked for advice on a style, I was given an honest answer. I only came in for a hair trim but I walked out with an awesome new style that I love!

Great salon, exceptional service. One of the best salons I have been too. My hair has never looked or felt better.
