I wasn't quite happy with how my hair turned out the first time I went but I called and let them know and they booked me in a week later and they redid it for free. And now I'm very happy with my hair and that they honoured there guarantee that appears on their website. Will be definitely going back.

I asked for my regrowth done, with a colour change from what I went in with, want to make my regrowth lighter also. It was suggested foils, I've had these done at insignia prvious and it left me with lines on the side of my head when I'd pull my hair up into a pony, I have gotten home and I have stripes again and my grey regrowth was not attended to, even though a toner was applied.. Jess started my hair and then Mitch finished it due to end of shift. I wasn't aware of an issue till Mitch told me there was one and that everyone was taking about it and what Jess had started and planned with Mitch to complete was apparently incorrect way to receive what I had asked for. Apart from the stripes that I asked not to be there and my grey regrowth still being there everything else it nice.

Very busy for a Monday. Needed more experienced staff on. Shampoo was quick and unpleasant with lots of hair pulling, cold water and splashing. Senior hairdresser was attentive and apologetic about wait. Overall a good experience. A crèche service might be inviting to clients and staff with young children.

Hi there, I got a package done which included hair colour, treatment, style advice, cut and style. I was very happy with everything in the package except the cut. I felt the cut was very rushed and it certainly looks like it was. Since the package I have been tying my hair up to hide the cut and once it grows I will be getting it fixed up with a different hair dresser. I am disappointed that this one thing has turned me off Insignia as everything else was great.

The only complaint I would have is about the music playing on the Tvs, I find it really irritating, like, really irritating

First of all, i would like to commend the salon's hospitality and flexibility. I had an appointment booked for 3 but was rostered on the morning shift so i had to move it to 3.40 and the girls had happily moved my appointment i got served a hot drink and some biscuits which i think was nice! Unfortunately, i did not get the hair colour that I wanted. All i really wanted was face framing foils mainly at the front which i showed them. I was there for almost 4hours but did not really get the result i wanted. The only great thing about it was my haircut which i really like. I wanted the face framing highlights as i have 2 weddings and my graduation to attend. It it quite tedious for me to book appointments as I have 2 jobs so i was really counting on the hairdressers to pull through. This is a constructive feedback and do not wish to blame everyone. Can i just say the girls doing the washing did not seem happy, the environment felt tensed not sure why. Bless them i know they are still learning. I know I'm not a regular customer but i think the service could be improved. Thanks for the complimentary offer but would have appreciated if it was done the first time as not everyone can go back to the salon and correct the mistakes. I, for one, would not have the time. I definitely am not a google review type of person so i wish this only goes through the management. Wishing you all the best and hopefully no one else will have the same experience
