I’ve been a loyal customer for about 7yrs and I have my usual hairdresser. She’s helped me to try new hairstyle by giving an honest assessment of what I want and what I should have. Every time I have a request of a certain style, the hairdresser would spend time to explain to me how she would do the job and she would also give her suggestions. But I just wished that it wasn’t so expensive, maybe the current point system should be more achievable by earning bigger points for each dollar spent. Maybe a better incentive by reaching a certain points can qualify for a trim or a quick hair treatment or scalp massage. Please review the pricing. In saying that, I would still recommend Insignia because the quality of work is worth to experience,,,,at least once!

THis was my second visit. My first visit was great the hairdresser explained everything and was great !If i was rating the above on my 1st vist it would be all 10's ! My 2nd time there i wanted the same - had a different hairdresser but thought it was all written down on my card so would not have any problems having the same color etc. I was asked what i wanted done and asked them to refer to the card as i was really happy with last time. They made me feel out of place in asking this - and when asked questions, felt they did not explain to me in terms that i understood. I will return but will be asking for the orignal hairdresser as she was fantastic ! Overall great location and environment !

Love the cut I got by Lou. My eyebrow waxing experience was not great at all though. I've had it done here before and it was fine, but it was someone different this time. She spent way too much time tweezing for a 'wax' and the hair was growing back within days.

This is a hard one, because my hairdresser (Jess) was amazing. She did my hair exactly how I wanted it, so offered suggestions, and she was a perfectionist. She didn't talk too much (which I like) but she was very friendly and easy going. However, my only complaint is the wait time. This appointment was 45 minutes late, and my previous appointments (even from other hairdressers) are always at least 30 mins late. I understand that things happen, so I expect 5-15 mins late, but 45 mins is not acceptable. Jess was amazing about it and very apologetic, and in this circumstance I had nothing on, so I wasn't bothered. BUT I had a formal hair by Amanda a couple months back for a wedding, and she was running 45 minutes late too (even though the appointment was early in the morning). As a result, I missed my make-up appointment so I had to rush around doing my own makeup with not much time to spare. I don't think its the hairdressers fault, maybe the salon is over-booking, or under-estimating the time spent on each client? The client should at least get a discount if its running more than half an hour late! I love the quality of hairdressers, so I will still keep coming back, but I would go there more often if you fixed this issue.

I enjoyed my visit found the staff lovely and welcoming ,customer service here is far far better then any other salons I've been to. I didn't have my hair done by Mitchel but he definatly stood out to me I can't remember the hair colorist who did my hair but i can remember him ,you could just tell he had passion and was very vibrant and made the clients feel welcome.the therapist I had was still very lovely she just seamed unhappy but she was very nice but u could just tell she'd rather not be dying my hair .I am happy with my hair it's not as good as other times I've been but I'm still happy , though it is very dry and I had a far more flyaway hairs after probably from snapping and then ends when wet are streatchy and weak and quiet damaged I've had bleaching product in my hair many times and it's never been Like it before ( once after I bleached it 3 times in 2 weeks when I was 15) so I'm disappointed about that but there's not much that can be done.I have recommended insignia to family it's on the more expensive but usually its great value.One thing I noticed is I didn't hear one staff member mention any products to anyone I had to ask which is a strange thing to not be recommended anything ,I know some clients get annoyed ,I just think it's how you ask and how well you listen to the client .You can rec in a way that's not pushy. Wow such a long feedback ! I hope it's helpful x thanks again for being great!!!!
