This was my initial consult with a integrity and as much as the clinic has a very beautiful look and feel, I am left feeling unsure about the place. I am a 34 yo tanned skin female with no pimples, minimal wrinkles, but just a few too many freckles/pigmentation on my cheeks and nose area. My consultation was to address concerns regarding my pigmentation/freckles. During the consult I was shown about 6 different products (each of which cost in excess of $80 each - Totalling $500+) that I was told I "definitely" needed to purchase for my skin ASWELL as 4-6 laser treatments which are $550 each (totalling - $3300) AND an enzyme treatment every month that costs $285 per treatment. I left my consultation feeling obliged to purchase all of these products (not actually sure if they are going to solve my freckle/pugmentation concerns...). I have since raised this concern with Integrity and I am currently just awaiting their response. Don't get me wrong, my consultant was lovely, but I am just not sure about the push on product purchases. If I hadn't raised concerns about having to use too many products daily, my consultant would have pushed for me to get another 3 or so products on top that she would highly recommend I purchase. If I was to compare my initial experience at integrity with anything - it was similar to the feeling you get when you go to a hairdressing salon and all they want to do is push the shampoo, conditioner or treatment at the end of your appointment (even if you tell them over again that you are happy with your products at home), and all you really wanted was a cut or colour. I have no doubt that Claire has a wealth of great knowledge, but the team needs to ensure they remain focussed on a clients main concerns and not try to push product sales on things that arent an immediate concern for the client. Also factoring in a clients budgets is also something that should be considered as the vast majority of consumers simply cannot afford $550 on products every 2 months, plus $3300 on laser, and then $285 a month for enzyme treatments.
