I have been both happy & disappointed with my salon experience. John does an amazing hair cut & style, great eye for detail, however very expensive & I am not in a financial position to go to the salon every 5 weeks. I have used a voucher for 2 visits ( I think I have been 4 times in total) & always spend more to get the full service that I need. The colour has been a bit hit & miss, I attended the salon today and although I was told the colour was the same as I had last time, it is much darker & I will talk to the salon about it. Also, today my scalp was very itchy after the colour & not sure if different product was used. The staff are always friendly & welcoming.

I love visiting the salon, all the staff are friendly and professional. I always leave the salon feeling better than I did when I walked in. And looking 100% better too. John is an amazing hairdresser. He cuts my hair better than anyone has for years.

Sophia is the ultimate professional, her attitude to her clients is to be commended. I received a great cut and colour, I would recommend Sophia to anyone. The young lady who washed my hair,( sorry didn't catch her name, ) was lovely, very courteous and so sweet.
