Everything was fine, until I got home and found that I now have a lopsided hair cut. It is a very large amount of money to pay and then find that one side of my cut is much higher than the other. Disappointing. I am trying to hide this fact, but it is quite hard to do. I know I don't have much hair, but I do think it should be a GOOD haircut. I do not feel I received Value for Money this time. PS: for my last two visits, I did not receive a confirmation email as was done in the past.

Hmmmm, hair is pretty orange, not strawberry blonde. Its so orange that it actually makes me laugh when I see my reflection... not that I'm smiling in this picture... haha I've my staff xmas party this Fri so will have to go somewhere else to get it fixed today...

I have been to JA many times throughout the years but recently I had a really bad experience there. I think they should either invest on hiring more staff or not overbooking. Also, staff should let you know who would be doing the next service. I was assisted by 6 different girls and there were moments when I thought they were all so busy that they forgot about me...which seemed a few times they did. They left me sitting for 20 minutes next to random dirty hair everywhere. That was terrible.

Was a mix up with appointments. Only one hairdresser was on duty on a Sunday. She was very stressed trying to cope with too many clients. To make matters worse, the building's lift wasn't working. This experience was atypical of the salon.

It's really difficult to find great hair professionals that can articulate the needs of their clients in their work. Rachel was one of the best and it's a huge loss, as she was the reason I used to travel to get my hair done. The caliber of work she demonstrated was highly commendable but no one else unfortunately can take that role. Current staff tried to recreate the look I had envisened but not successfully to my liking.

A full head of foils took almost 5 hours. I was left with dripping hair waiting to have my hair cut. The back of my blouse was soaked and I had to ask for the hair dryer to dry my back. Other customers were being seen too and I was constantly left for long periods of time making me feel that because I wasn't paying full price I could wait! The stylist stopped cutting my hair and did a blow dry in the middle of my cut. My foils were left on or not toned right because my hair is almost white. The staff knew I wasn't happy but after the time I had spent there I just had to get out. I paid $139 for a Groupon voucher and $40 toner and I will have to go and get it fixed somewhere else. Very disappointed.
