Comment
I had an appointment on Saturday at 11am and the babysitter cancelled on me so I ended up having to take my kids + 1 with me. The lady at the front desk did an awesome job distracting them whilst I received my service and not feel bad that they were being noisy for other patrons. it's just that extra step taken to make my experience more relaxed.
