The rooms are to cold. I know the aircon is controlled via Perth. The body goes into a shock state coming from hot to cold then having hot wax applied. It intensifies the pain and sensations. As a suggestion cover or close 3 out of the 4 small vents in the ceiling. This won't make the room so cold and you should t require blankets, specially when waxing and the fluff from the blanket sticks to the wax either on the table or body. Don't want to come out looking like a fluff ball.
