First time coming to this place. When I walked in first impressions were great. The salon is beautiful, bright and welcoming. When I had to check in I had to wait for someone to come out and ask me what appointments I had booked. As it was a birthday present booked for me I wasn't aware of the exact treatments I was having. The receptionist didn't know where to find my info and I initially thought I was at the wrong place. Eventually I got checked in and sat for a little longer before getting taken through to my appointment. I wasn't offered a drink or told that my therapist won't be long. The therapist that were around the waiting area didn't look very happy and didn't greet anyone nor smile. That killed the vibe a bit. Other than that my facial was incredible. So relaxing, it's exactly what I needed. After the facial I was asked if I wanted a drink but didn't get one...I wasn't given any info about my facial ie after care etc. I was just told to wait for the next therapist. The nail tech was gorgeous. Very warm gentle and was genuinely interested to have a conversation. The third lady who did my blow-dry was very shy or just not interested to ask me about anything. She might have just been shy, but it felt awkward. It would have been 10 from me if the rapport was better with the ladies who work there. I've been to a lot of day spas, salons and can say rapport is vital especially when your spending a considerable amount of time with the staff. I don't think I felt very welcomed at Just you sadly. Such a beautiful place, so it's unfortunate that the staff didn't seem like they wanted to be there.
