I had a Spa Pedicure with Fiona, she was wonderful, very friendly and helpful and did an awesome job, thank you! I did have to wait a while when I arrived even though I had an appointment but not too long. I think the price is over rated however it is the same all over Karratha, double the cost of the same service in Perth at Joondalup recently, although Fiona was a lot better, she knows what she is doing and also treated me lick a queen! I will return, thank you.

They were running a bit behind schedule so had to wait even though I booked an appointment. The hairstylist was very friendly and skilled though, and she was a perfectionist! They'll make sure you're satisfied before you leave.

All services recieved had amazing outcomes, however when it came to communication there was very minimal explanations of what was going on my skin or what was happening to my and my body. There were a few services missed that I paid for in a package but again lack of communication which was admitted to me. I was also overcharged $100 more than told at the counter I think by accident but i was extremely happy with my outcomes of services provided to me so have turned that into a positive. I will be back due to just you having the best hairdressing I have been to in Karratha and there are sooo many that it has been hard to find and they are luckily enough to have the best girls employed for the job.
