Very disappointing experience. I was booked in for an eyebrow wax which I had to come home and finish off as they left the stray hairs which I just plucked to remove. In regards to the 1/2 hr neck & back massage this was very average. The girl didn't appear to have much experience and I advised her that the pressure could be stronger as it didn't feel like she was doing anything and she didn't take much notice. They got confused with my booking and thought I was having a bamboo massage. Very disorganised. I have visited this salon about half a dozen times yet wont be rushing back.
