Wonderful pampering 3 hours courtesy of my adult children. Small thought though that the facial received involved no information at all with regard to treatments being used, length of time to be taken etc - nice to have minimum conversation however there was none - not even "hi my name is".

The same service costs me less in Perth and provides far better service. Could definitely be more attentive and strive to provide thorough service given the hiked up price.

Hi. I had two appointments. My first appointment with Deborah went lovely. My second appointment with the massage lady was terrible. The lady wore gloves as she had eczema. This made it rough and not pleasant at all. Also there was very little pressure, I'm guessing due to her hands being red and my guess is painful. It also felt as if she was just somebody from off the street with no massage technique training. It was not very relaxing at all. I was also covered in oil so much that when I got off the table I nearly slipped over. My oily skid marks are probably still on the floor next to the wall. I had to grab the table to not fall over. The oil was also left on my body. So much so that I came home and had a shower straight away and put my clothes in the washing machine. I would recommend that a friend of the boss do an undercover massage with this girl to prove just how bad she is and see that I'm not being silly. I would not recommend this person to any one and I left dissapointed.

Wax was a bit hot and the strips weren't always pulled off in one smooth movement which was a bit uncomfortable.

Every time I have gotten my eyelashes tinted - whether it be at a home salon or commercial business - while the tint is left on I have either had a head or hand massage. It's the little things that make a difference. It would make it feel less like a construction line if this was done and wouldn't take any more time and a little effort. When I got facial waxing done, no further plucking was done, just waxing. When I got home I found a few strays that I had to pluck myself which was quite disappointing. I hope you take my constructive criticism in to consideration. Thank you
