I have been coming to this salon for quite some time now and there always seems to be mistakes made with the time of my appointments!! You have a policy where if a client does not confirm and show for their appointment you charge them, I think I should start charging your company for my wasted time when I do show up to my appointments on time, and somehow, excuses are made, and I have to make ANOTHER appointment due to your staff's error! Not happy!
