Had a fantastic time, awesome staff who were friendly and professional. I was very nervous going into it as I've never had such an intensive spa day before but it was super worth it. I had a 5 hour All Day Escape Package with an upgraded facial. It started with a salt body scrub and then a soak in their float tank. The float was lovely, good temp and very relaxing. Then I had a full body massage which was really well done, with nice smelling oils that left my skin silky soft. There was almost a hiccup when my upgraded facial was not communicated by reception to my beautician, after I mentioned it to her my beautician did a fantastic job even recognizing from previous visits that my skin gets quite red with treatments and tailoring my facial to match my skin type. My mani/pedi and lash tint also went great in their massage chairs. The only minor problem was that I had to ask for the wine/cheese that was supposed to come with the package as it was almost forgotten and when the cheese platter came it was extremely bulky and large for one person, and difficult to manage while having a manicure done. Wine was awesome though. Overall it was an amazing experience, feeling super rejuvenated and relaxed. Thank you!
