The therapist that did my facial was lovely and did an absolutely amazing job. Such a thorough facial and relaxing massage. I would've just liked to have spent a bit more time going through the process before starting as I had never had a microdermabrasion facial before, nor had I ever been to Just You before so wasn't sure what to expect. I'd maybe suggest there being an option to select "this is my first time" when booking this facial online so the therapist knows to explain the process and after care in a bit more detail. Overall very happy and have already booked my next appointment :)

Loved the float tank - was a real treat. The salon itself looks amazing too - loved the dining table concept of the hair salon section. A couple of points in case they are of value... The floor mats were wet when I first went into the room. The noise REALLY travels in the salon... I could hear people talking in the corridor, doors and cupboards opening and closing - i think there may have even been a washing machine on? Appreciate its a working salon but wasn't conducive to 'zoning out'. When I had a shower afterwards the water went everywhere... I had to mop up the water and lay a towel down so i had somewhere dry to stand whilst I got dressed. Im pregnant so will definitely use the float tank again as just getting the relief of weightlessness is a major plus - but if I was just coming to have a relaxing float I might think twice and just run a hot bath at home with some candles. As a side not i mentioned to the girls how silly the taxi rank was outside the salon... if you give me a relevant contact person Id more than happily contact them myself as a member of the public.
