Dear Deb and staff, I have been a customer of Just You for over 10 years, and have been seeing Bina for threading and eye treatments for around 2 years. I have to say I am a little disappointed today that when I arrived for my appointment ( which was booked a month ago) and was told that Bina would be doing my threading and that Bree would do my tinting, as one of your girls was sick. My complaint is, I wish that I had been advised either by text or a phone call first thing this morning, to advise that a staff member was sick, and that I had been given a choice of what to do. Either cancel my appointment or just have the threading done, because you were short staffed. I have absolutely nothing against Bree and I explained to her, that I would just prefer Bina as she is my normal therapist. A simple phone call, early this morning, would have have given me a choice and there would have been no need for me or Bree or Bina to feel embarrassed, which is how I felt when I left.
