All services recieved had amazing outcomes, however when it came to communication there was very minimal explanations of what was going on my skin or what was happening to my and my body. There were a few services missed that I paid for in a package but again lack of communication which was admitted to me. I was also overcharged $100 more than told at the counter I think by accident but i was extremely happy with my outcomes of services provided to me so have turned that into a positive. I will be back due to just you having the best hairdressing I have been to in Karratha and there are sooo many that it has been hard to find and they are luckily enough to have the best girls employed for the job.

I can't believe that a professional business like yourselves does not have wet towelettes for when a brazillian is being down. Not only can that make you customer feel a little more fresher after a busy day it also would make better work conditions for your staff.

Each time I have booked at least one of the things that I have abooked for has not been completed eg I booked for Eyelash Tint, Eyebrow, lip, underarm and half leg wax and the eye lash was not done.I didn't say anything as I thought I may have forgotten to book ir but when I went to pay the girl said OH I forgot your lash tint, we will do it next time but i think she still charged for it . I will be checking the price more closly next time and if it happens again I will not go back, will book some where else.

I almost always visit for the same treatment, and I sometimes find there is some inconsistency with each visit. With some clinicians, I they give a wonderful facial, when waiting for the treatment to be absorbed, they give a quick but nice massage around the upper chest and shoulders. Not for too long but enough to give the mask to set or treatment to be absorbed. Then I find there are others who wait and do whatever they need to do (besides my face) or even walk out and then come back to complete the process. My thing is shouldnt it be standard? While waiting for the mask to set, work a bit on the client. Some do but some dont.

You are paying good money for a massage where you want to relax and unwind, but the noise and chatter going on really spoils the whole experience . I was warned that it was a silly set up that you can hear everyone's conversations which is why they no longer get treatments at the salon, I had a great service but the noise did put me off coming back again.
