Overall my visits have been very pleasant and the standard of waxing comparable to most affordable beauty salons that I have been to. I was very disappointed on my last visit however when I asked to use the toilet and was shown to the facilities out the back of the salon - the tiny toilet room was desperately in need of a major clean, and there was only a box of tissues on the floor instead of any rolls of toilet paper. The basin outside the door was also in need of a good clean and there were no paper towels/hand towels to be found. If a salon is going to allow customers to use their staff toilet I would at least expect it to be clean and tidy with adequate hand drying facilities.
