I was happy with the service and the staff, however i would expect and appreciate a warm towel to clean off any excess wax and an oil or moisturiser to apply upon the completion of the waxing. I have had this provided previously on some visits.

Tuyen is a lovely person and nail tech however my problem is with the cost of the refills. $80 is so much money for nails every 2/3 weeks. It’s crazy! In Perth I paid $45 for the most awesome job. I don’t understand why it has to be so much, just because we live up here. Tuyen said it was so much because it included a drink of coffee, wine, beer etc but I was never offered any of these. I’d just rather pay less to be honest.

when I went into the room for my treatment the towel on the bed had obviously been used as it had white powder all over it,so I picked it up,shook it and turned it over.The beautician saw me do this and said nothing.Also my Pedicure was alot more rushed than usual.Thanks

When booking the appointment, I inquired about the Pregnancy package as your brochure is not very specific as to what it entails. The person on the phone was not able to explain at all what was included and actually included less detail than the brochure. I would have happily booked this appointment but did not want to spend $175 when no one could even tell me what was included. I booked a full body massage specifying I would like to use your pregnancy pillow so I could lay on my stomach. When I arrived (5 minutes early though I was not called through until 5 minutes past my scheduled time) the room was not set up with the pregnancy pillow. I questioned if it could be used and the beautician had to go ask someone else as to what I meant. I understand she is new and I appreciate she went to ask someone else. However I then had to wait for the bed to be set up etc before my massage could commence. It was at least 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment time before the massage was started though it still finished at scheduled time. The massage itself was very relaxing and the beautician was very professional and I enjoyed the actual experience. However it is disappointing to pay for a service (a one hour body massage) and not receive the full service.
