Massage was more of a light skin rub than a massage. The facial was pleasant enough but I was left with caked bits of white product on my face after leaving the salon (which I did not realise until out at the shops).I wasn't asked what colour I would like my lashes tinted.The hand massage whilst the tinting was developing was the most relaxing part of my treatment. I would probably recommend doing the facial and tinting portion of the treatment first in future as ending with a chemical peel is not particularly enjoyable. The noise in the salon is quite loud, I could hear the conversation taking place two booths away (a gentleman from Newcastle that had just been through a divorce and works for an Administration company!) from me and the music was a little loud and not particularly relaxing- something I only noticed because I was in the salon for an extended period of time. If you were just in for a half hour treatment I'm sure it would be fine
