My booking was done online and confirmed. On the day of my appointment I received a phone call asking if the time could be changed. I had no problem with the time change, however when I arrived for my appointment I found out I had a different beautician than my original booking. It would have been nice to have been asked if I was ok with this when I was phoned.

My massage was absolutely fantastic but the salon was way too noisy. I wasn't able to relax as all I could hear was salon staff and customers talking extremely loudly throughout my whole hour there. You need to have a room with a door or allocate times for massages when there is more of a quiet time.

Staff were friendly and running on time. Had massage, microdermabrasion, peel and lip wax. No consultation occured whatsoever regarding the peel which I had never had done before. Have had microdermabrasion before which included thorough consultation however this did not occur either at this establishment. I was advised to wear sunscren for the next two days if out in the sun. Lip wax was quick, single swipe of the wax on either side and results were poor with patches still visible. I was offered a mirror to check myself however due to the fact that I'd had my eyes closed for the previous hour and a half and lighting I could not accurately see this until I had arrived home.

I booked in for eyelash in fills and brow tint and was given no after care info for lashes (I only had them once before) I wasn't asked what look I was after and the eyebrow tint was wiped off haphazardly and after going to the shops and getting home I realized that I had tint over my temples and forehead and it was smeared so my brows went to my cheekbones. Just attention to detail was minimum. There was nothing special about the service. I probably wouldn't go again unless everywhere else was booked out. The place is nice, and the girls are friendly.
