Staff very friendly although could have more in depth knowledge of treatments and services provided. While having massage I found it very difficult to relax as I could hear staff in the rooms next to me talking loudly and gossiping- perhaps the massage room needs to be separated from the rest of the rooms. The website did not tell me I was required to shave the day before the IPL treatment. If someone books ipl online it might've an idea to ring them and ensure they are aware of preparation required- I drove over 200km to get these services provided so I was a little bit let down. This employee looking after me was very nice and definitely made up for most of the negatives I've listed.

This was the first time I had had a massage with you. I found the surroundings were not set up well for a massage (noisy, too light). I was not provided with a towel to place over my eyes to help relax. Other massages I have had elsewhere also wash your feet prior to the massage this was not offered. Neck/head massage were not included as part of the full body massage and the shoulders were only done very quickly.

Salon not very clean. Every time I have been there the floors look dirty and the towels and covers are stained and look dirty even though they may be clean. Please use fabrics that clean stain free! Great salon though. Nice staff.

I was disappointed in my visit. I pay to get pedicures at the salon for the quiet time in the massage chair while my pedi is done. Not only was the chair not working, the girl did not speak English well and had trouble explaining this to me. Also she took too much skin off my heel to the point where now it is cracked and painful.

Noticed staffs uniforms untidy and not white. half empty bottles on display shelfs. Dust on shelves.
