I was disappointed in my visit. I pay to get pedicures at the salon for the quiet time in the massage chair while my pedi is done. Not only was the chair not working, the girl did not speak English well and had trouble explaining this to me. Also she took too much skin off my heel to the point where now it is cracked and painful.

Noticed staffs uniforms untidy and not white. half empty bottles on display shelfs. Dust on shelves.

Hi I had my eyebrows waxed and even after saying that my previous visit the beuatician had shorten the length of my eybrow and made them too thin the same thing happened again. My eyebrows have their own natural shape and are already naturally thin - so I don't need them thinned out and then chopped off half way through the length

Every time I have gotten my eyelashes tinted - whether it be at a home salon or commercial business - while the tint is left on I have either had a head or hand massage. It's the little things that make a difference. It would make it feel less like a construction line if this was done and wouldn't take any more time and a little effort. When I got facial waxing done, no further plucking was done, just waxing. When I got home I found a few strays that I had to pluck myself which was quite disappointing. I hope you take my constructive criticism in to consideration. Thank you
