I've never had a facial before so would've been nice to be talked through each application because there was many, I even asked two questions which should've given the lady an idea that I had no idea what she was doing. I know your not a coffee shop but when asked if I wanted a coffee, I was brought an instant one that was so hot that I had to wait almost 20mins before I could drink it whilst having my pedicure might pay to invest in a small nespresso coffee machine to serve good coffee to your customers just puts that extra touch on our experience my apt was 3.5hrs and I was hungry and thirsty.

The woman answering the phone/ answering the phone would have to be the rudest person I've come across in a while... Her tone & attitude, unwillingness to help unless pushed & constantly interrupting me put me off from the start. The therapist was excellent but at the end when I was settling the bill, this same rude woman cut the therapist off & shooed her away to the next client as she was saying goodbye to me. Due to this woman's terrible customer service, I wouldn't recommend this salon & certainly wouldn't go back.

Appointment was booked, I arrived and waited 40 minutes until they were ready. My service was only 20 minutes. Frustrated not notified 40 minute wait and waited twice as long as service. I had arranged other appointments etc which then made me miss other things.

The hairdressing staff were very professional . However the staff at reception and in beauty who were not busy were not up to satisfactory standard. The premises is very cold. The time I was messaged did not match booking time.

Came in for a haircut appointment, hairdresser didn’t take much off and I commented when shown in mirror no it needs more off! She was like it’s fine your done! Went home and straitened hair, uneven and dead ends, for the price and fact I asked her and was dismissed, very disappointed and booked in to another salon tomorrow to get cut... which is saying a lot as only wanted a dead chop so it’s even when I straighten.

Fair haircut today, but although I explained I was growing out my strong 'cowlicks' so please don't cut them, at least 9 months growth on one side was cut to one inch long, as part of my fringe. Now it sticks up again, so I've got to go through growing it all over again. So disappointed. Wish people would listen and remember and respect.
