I was a bit afraid to get my eyebrows done in a new place, with someone, who doesn't know, how I like them done etc. Ever after my previous eyebrow-goddess left field, I felt, that everyone I saw after, wanted to change the shape drastically from what I had had on coming to the appointment. But when Tegan said, my one eyebrow is from 2000's, I knew right away, I'm in right place! This is, how I had felt, but just couldn't but it to words myself! Got not just nice eyebrows, but tips & tricks too,aboutt care and how to stimulate growth. Can't wait my next appointment! I feel like I'm saved! 😍

Appointment which I made and arrived early for, then was willing to wait, was basically over in less then 5 minutes and I felt was very rushed and little attention to detail. My eyebrows was over with 2 bits of wax applications, no discussion on what how I wanted them shaped, no tweezers were used to tidy up ends. Sad thing was, I was willing to wait to get the quality service I paid for. Hopefully, my next visit will be much better, as my last appointment was awesome.

Great service provided despite it being very busy. I have felt though that some of the staff don't like each other. If they can all put a professional front or actually work in genuinely liking each other, it would be a more pleasant experience. An offer for coffee, tea or wine would be a nice touch that would put this business to another level.
