This was one of the most awful beauty experiences of my life. Started with the most ridiculous blow dry that left my hair fuzzy and ended with an eyelash lift that has my eyelashes stuck to my eyelid, sideways and my bottom lashes look like they have disappeared. I am beyond upset at the extremely unprofessional job i received. Will definitely not be going back and will be telling all my friends of this experience.

I had the Refresh and Glow-float tank was nice and calming, body scrub was very nice. The massage wasn’t the best, different people/different ways, so no biggy. The table with the headrest attached I didn’t really enjoy-it didn’t seem as to make you as comfortable and relaxed as the beds with the hole built in. The strangest thing I found was there was no towel down with a hot towel after the massage, to wipe off the excess oil. I saw the heated towels there and grabbed one out to wipe myself down. Otherwise I would of been sliding around my slip ons all around the shops! Having had many massages in my time, I wasn’t sure if she forgot that step or was new and didn’t know. I’m sure I’ve always had a warm towel wipe downnafter my massages at Just You before, but I could be wrong. Overall though, always love my treatments at Just You and would always recommend it to people :)

Worst eyebrow waxing and colour ever. Did not follow my feather touch brow line. Had to get the colour wiped off and re waxed at another venue straight away after I left.
