I loved my new look and was done exactly how I asked but the environment made it really hard to relax and enjoy the experience I dont think Discussing issues about another staff member with in the salon when he was not present is very professional and to have people bitching constantly while customers were in the store was disgusting and i probably wouldn't return to the store for this reason. I love my hair and other stuff I got done but did not enjoy the experience. I will though follow this hairdresser to any other salon he moves to.

I made a booking and then was told the time had to be changed due to staff leave. I said I will try my hardest to get there on time as it was a 5 hour trip from where I am currently living. We left super early so I could make the appointment especially and because I didn't have anywhere else to go. We arrived early and I walked into the waiting area, said hello to the numerous staff that were in the salon and not one greeted me back. I sat down and waited for 20 minutes and not one person greeted me or asked if they could help me. I even said hello to two of the staff that walked past but neither said hello back! I was only in Karratha for one night and had no where else to go otherwise I would've walked out then and there. Finally when I was greeted, I told the lady how pissed off I was and she apologised. I wasn't offered a discount or anything. On top of that, the wax job I received was ok, but the finer details were missed. I definitely won't be going back.

Happy with my treatments. Fiona did my massage and she was lovely and I felt very comfortable around her which is very important. She was very professional and when I go back I’ll be booking with her.

Great service as always by the wonderful staff at Just You. Deborah was great adding extra services even though I hadn’t been able to book online. thanks for making me feel great for the Christmas period
