Hairdresser ignored what I asked for in regards to my cut. Kept giggling as she cut more off my hair (I asked for a trim around the ears and 0.5cm to be taken off. She proceeded to cut and restyle my hair and when it finally got through to her that this wasn’t what I asked for she laughed and said sorry. When paying the manager asked how my appointment went and made light of the fact her employee completely ignored my hair cut requests
