Brilliant as usual....but a lovely peaceful facial was interrupted by ladies who came to their appointment with small children...enough said....they were very loud... The background music was turned up but they got louder!!!!!!!

Staff very friendly although could have more in depth knowledge of treatments and services provided. While having massage I found it very difficult to relax as I could hear staff in the rooms next to me talking loudly and gossiping- perhaps the massage room needs to be separated from the rest of the rooms. The website did not tell me I was required to shave the day before the IPL treatment. If someone books ipl online it might've an idea to ring them and ensure they are aware of preparation required- I drove over 200km to get these services provided so I was a little bit let down. This employee looking after me was very nice and definitely made up for most of the negatives I've listed.

I had a massage, however the background noise was quiet loud, with people talking and doors opening and closing, other then that it was a great exerience.

Staff need to be more personable ie be able to hold a conversation, smile and make eye contact when a customer enters the salon.

I just think consistency/technique of microdermabrasion is very different from each person who has done my treatment.
