I have been going to Just You for years now and there is only on bit of advise I can give, if appointments need to be cancelled by Just You don't tell the customer you have double booked when you haven't this happened to me recently and I would prefer to have been told the truth that my beauty therapist had gone off sick....this is reasonable and the lie I was told that I was double booked didn't sit well with me

The therapist was nice however did not explain what sort of facial I was receiving. Whilst this was my second visit to the salon, on both occasions it was very noisy and I could not relax. I wouldn't opt to come back to just u, I have had much better experiences at other salons in karratha who offer a quiet and relaxing environment and also tea and coffee whilst u wait.

The music played in the salon is too loud so does not create a relaxing or soothing environment. It is extremely noisy in the salon with staff and clients talking very loudly. The time given to treatments has been shortened so now instead of an hour for microdermabrasion clients only get 45 mins. Much higher standards of professionalism and cleanliness are found in Perth salons.

Front counter not alway's attended. Linen looking a little tired. Music needs to be more relaxing. Lighting when waxing needs to be improved especially on face.

The lady that did my eyebrows yesterday was fantastic! Really happy with the service. I would really like to have her do all of my appointments!

Was texted phoned 2 days before appointment. Not the first time happens every time. Arrivd to be told the girl had quit, by the boss. She had to take Dr to airport. No one else could drive??? In the room I was put with a lovely new girl, she was tried, been there since 9. Was really slow, not confident, I had to take my own eye lash tiny off. She was not applying the wax the direction of the hair, and pulling the wrong way which was painful and not removing the hair. I wanted a leg wax. I was asked while my lash tint was on for someone to start my Brazilian. WTF. I had that girl wax the top half of one leg, she did well. Who ever she was! My tint was still on? Then the owner raced in the room started ripping into my Brazilian before I could inform her I like to keep a small amount of hair at top it was gone. She said sorry sooo many times. I was over it. Professionalism comes from example. There is no good example there.
