I have been coming to your salon for my brazillian wax for sometime and this is the 2nd time I've had Kristen. Really lovely girl but just not quite completing the job well enough in regards to hair removal. Hair's left both times. Requires a little more training. Thanks

I had a hot stone massage. I felt no benefit after the massage and feel most of the time was spent warming the stones, and there was no massage, more like an occasional back rub between stone warming. I have felt in the past that the staff do not want to be there, which is uncomfortable when such personal services are being carried out. I must say on the positive side that the black uniforms are much better than the white ones which often looked dirty and rumpled.

Consultant was not very friendly,, didn't make conversation, only talked when she wanted me to do something eg: move, head straight, hold this. Very business like with no smile. Have not had this consultant before at this salon.

I had a facial, eyebrow shape and eyelash tint The eyebrow shape and eyelash tint went well. The facial was done with a very light touch so there was no benefit from the scrub especially. Also, when the mask was on the girl left the room and I didn't realise until she came back when it was ready to be removed. This has never happened before (at other places), I have always been given some sort of massage during this time. Lovely girl though, but unusual service.
