I am pretty sure when I booked, it was during the specified time for the special - $65 full body massage $45 neck & back massage. I had and was charged the lower price for the full body massage (which BTW was lovely) and booked the neck and back massage as I left. I was charged the full price for the neck and back massage (was wonderful) today.

I had a massage with Tayla and it was devine. I regularly go to Just You and love the fact that they treat their regulars with specials during the month and with vouchers too.

As you are aware I am new to all the treatments in the salon and am extremely pleased with the level of service and advice. I am loving the experience of the treatments which I would never have dreamed of having. Thanks for your patients with all my questions. Thank you from a very happy customer :)

Just You has definitely improved in service over the last six months or so. You are now greeted by the salon coordinator upon arrival and asked if you'd like a glass of water, which is very welcoming. Tayla, Emma, Rhiannon and Marie (the girls I've seen) all do a great job ;-).

In my opinion $120 for a facial should go for at least an hour and include a little relaxing neck, shoulder, head massage. My facial went for half an hour with no massage. I suppose they can get away with it as there isn't time frames mentioned on the price list. Also it is a noisy environment for someone wanting to unwind and relax while getting a facial as the rooms are more like cubicles and the walls are only 3/4 whereas if they were built to the ceiling it would block out the technicians talking about their plans for the weekend, other clients noise and make the whole experience more pleasureable.
