Emma was absolutely fantastic. I had given up on going to just you any longer as i was unsatisfied with the standard, and lack of knowledge and effort. Until i had a good friend who i trust recommend Emma, she was extremely professional in the industry with her knowledge and attention to detail whilst being extremely quick too!

Today after leaving my appointment and coming home I have found that I have wax still left on my legs in random places from where the girl rested the material wax strip on my legs, and when I took my shorts off at home I found they were stuck to my legs in places.

Perhaps you could allocate more time for your therapists to complete their treatments 20 min for a shellac removal and reapplication is not really enough time when you are having other treatments as well makes her late for the next customer.

Hey Deb, Was in today wasn't sure if I was in a Pub or Coffee Shop! The noise was absolutely horrid for the last 30 to 40 minutes of my Treatment! I was totally relaxed until then! I hope your new Shop has walls in every room! Because today was totally unprofessional! Was not happy as I have just returned! My therapist was amazing but, not the surroundings! Will catch you up on Friday night to talk more! Cheers Jude
