I did make my booking with a specific technician for the past two visits and unfortunately did not have her complete my treatments. First time I was contacted 10 minutes prior to my appointment and was told she had been double booked so I needed to change my choice of technician and the next one I wasn't even told, another technician came into the room. I wasn't disappointed with her treatments though, only that I had requested someone else
