The lady that took care of me was wonderful, until towards the end of my appointment when my service was rushed, to the point where my pedicure started around 15 minutes after another ladies and finished around 10 before the other guests. The salon is so much better than what it was however I do not feel the quality is still not where it should be perhaps due to the lack of management Or training? When I have had facials at other salons they have the products being used out and ready to go, they are not constantly rattling around in a cupboard looking for products undoing lids and doing them back up again, When you are paying to be pampered you want to float away and do not want to hear anything other than soft music, and lovely scenes of burning oils or candles (both the music and oil burner were great) and the choice of products used for my facial were also wonderful. "Just you" in my opinion is still not a quality salon. Too many small details are letting you down, when I had my rushed pedicure I had a large silver UV light that I had to keep juggling my feet with, it put pressure on my lower back doing this and as I was using my feet to hold the light in place it was cutting into the top of my feet when they were under the light- very amateur set up and something I would expect to see in a backyard salon not a brand new salon that is charging a decent price for a sub standard service. This feedback is intended to be constructive not a dig at anyone, I loved the lady that took care of me but feel the salon is just not quite where I would like to see it as a paying guest. I will be back to use the salon but only for the basics and with the same lady as she did do a great job on some of my treatments. Hopefully next time some more improvements will be made. Keep up the good work

It was lovely service. At another salon a while ago I received a hand massage while my eyelashes were being tinted. I loved it and would love for your salon to try the same.

Excellent service in a beautiful, relaxed environment. The float tank treatment was a truly relaxing experience that I would recommend to everyone. I will definately be making this a regular pampering for myself!

Loved the float tank - was a real treat. The salon itself looks amazing too - loved the dining table concept of the hair salon section. A couple of points in case they are of value... The floor mats were wet when I first went into the room. The noise REALLY travels in the salon... I could hear people talking in the corridor, doors and cupboards opening and closing - i think there may have even been a washing machine on? Appreciate its a working salon but wasn't conducive to 'zoning out'. When I had a shower afterwards the water went everywhere... I had to mop up the water and lay a towel down so i had somewhere dry to stand whilst I got dressed. Im pregnant so will definitely use the float tank again as just getting the relief of weightlessness is a major plus - but if I was just coming to have a relaxing float I might think twice and just run a hot bath at home with some candles. As a side not i mentioned to the girls how silly the taxi rank was outside the salon... if you give me a relevant contact person Id more than happily contact them myself as a member of the public.
