I usually use the my salon app to book my appointments. I like to select who does my treatment. But the last couple of times i have booked and selected the person whom i would like i have had different ladies do my treatment (i usually dont mind as all the ladies a excellent) but if the person i have selected cant do my treatment i would to be told that they are unavaiable and would it ok for whoever it is to do my appointment. Its a little frustrating as it makes me think that i have made the mistake but when i check on my appointments in the app its not me.

I believe Crystal is a huge asset in your salon. Her quality of work, service, honesty and integrity are more than 10/10! I recommend yoy salon continuously. The new salon n had mms the WOW factor!

I think the new space looks fabulous & I enjoyed watching the world go by while getting my hair done. Also I think your October specials are awesome and have been telling my friends about them, as it's not often we get specials like this. However I feel your service needs to improve. It's the little things like using my name when addressing me, greeting me and a simple introduction before starting work that make a customer feel welcome. Also maybe some soft music might lighten the atmosphere.
