I'm sorry I can't remember her name, but the lady who did my facial was so friendly! She explained every step involved in the facial and how it benefits my skin and she also gave me a heap of info/tips on aftercare and how to get the most out of the facial. I received treatment to obtain optimum results, information on what was happening to my skin during the microdermabrasion and a relaxing massage. The perfect combo for a results focused facial :) Thank you so much! x
