The salon is way too noisy. Whilst trying to relax during my facial I could hear conversations about the waxing happening in another room, along with the sound of spray and wipe being put around nearby. I was also left for about 15minutes with product on my face - obviously part of the facial but no explanation of what was happening. I quickly became bored and frustrated. If I was able to relax and knew what was happening then it might've been better. Very disappointed.

Completely damaged and fried my eye lashes for a lash lift and tint. Manager couldnt have cared less if she tried. Refused to fix it and just told me to put some water on them. I really don’t understand how it went so wrong?? They’re not even curled at all- they point in all different directions! Then I had to go to the hospital afterwards because my eyes were still burning hours after the appointment. Would never ever recommend this place. I have never had a lash lift turn out like this ever! And to have them refuse to fix it is mind blowing.

It is unacceptable to charge a girl $85 to have Jess do a pathetic job at styling her hair for a formal event. If she doesn't know how to do it professionally, you shouldn't hire her out to unsuspecting customers who are expecting to have a salon looking hairdo, with possibly some salon-standard products. Her attempt at a formal hairdo was dismal!! Her effort could have been recreated by anyone else at home. And I had to ask her to do more because it looked completely "undone" when she had finished. Really disappointed!!

Your spray tan machine’s weren't working properly. The only way I can describe it is like an empty can of spray paint. Air was coming out but no colour. Then a splotch of colour would come out leaving dark round dots on my body. The attendant changed the hand piece but it still wasn’t working properly. I questioned the therapist on the uneven coverage but due to a language barrier, she just smiled and laughed. I could clearly see the unevenness of the expensive tan I just paid for. I had drip marks and also areas of my body bot even covered at all. No attention to detail what so ever. Then the lady at the front desk, who knows the machines are playing up, questioned me about the clothing I had put on after my tan. Not even apologising, not even trying to understand my concerns, but still quite happy to take my money. I will absolutely NOT return for any beauty treatments here and I absolutely intend to leave an honest review on social media.

Worst eyebrow waxing and colour ever. Did not follow my feather touch brow line. Had to get the colour wiped off and re waxed at another venue straight away after I left.

I had a wrap and was left unattended apart from a different therapist come and wax my eyebrows ( didn't ask how I wanted them done and was the worse job ever ) for 2 hours . The lights were not dimmed and all I could here was someone getting waxed next door . Wont recommend and won't go back . Also had a shower to wash the wrap off and the shower was filthy !
