Emma was inviting, friendly and really knew what she was doing. She took that bit of 'extra' time in making sure she did a quality wax, going over things a few times, which is always hit and miss with beauty service professionals. For that reason I would come back again. I wouldn't hesitate in using her services again.

I have been here 3 times now and whilst the service is great,the ladies are lovely, the salon is clean and the procedures are well priced I have had one great waxing done and 2 average ones.The first time I waited about half hr for my apt (not that it bothered me) and when I went in the lady did my legs that fast that she missed a massive amount of hair. The next time was great I didn't wait and the lady did a great job. On Saturday I brought my daughter in for her first waxing, we went in quickly but the beautician put so much wax on that she was flicking it everywhere when she was pulling it off. my daughter got it near her eye and two lines of it by her nose. June was her name and she got wax stuck on my daughters knee (she said it was because it was too bony!!) she had to get some wax remover to get it off. if this was my first waxing or apt at the salon, I would not come back and I have promised my daughter that waxing is normally not that bad and I will make sure we never get June again.

$70 to have my nails painted was redicilous! They were filled and painted with a but of oil on my arms at the end. My middle fingers look entirely different to each other as they were not maintained the nail bed before applying polish which is half the reasoning for a manicure. The walls not going to the roof has got me! You can hear entire conversations from the room next to you.
