I usually use the my salon app to book my appointments. I like to select who does my treatment. But the last couple of times i have booked and selected the person whom i would like i have had different ladies do my treatment (i usually dont mind as all the ladies a excellent) but if the person i have selected cant do my treatment i would to be told that they are unavaiable and would it ok for whoever it is to do my appointment. Its a little frustrating as it makes me think that i have made the mistake but when i check on my appointments in the app its not me.

The mani pedi is very thorough and lots of care is taken by crystal The leg exfoliation and massage REALLY add to the experience and definitely make me want to return This compared to metro areas where they rush you in and out of store!

I had the Refresh and Glow-float tank was nice and calming, body scrub was very nice. The massage wasn’t the best, different people/different ways, so no biggy. The table with the headrest attached I didn’t really enjoy-it didn’t seem as to make you as comfortable and relaxed as the beds with the hole built in. The strangest thing I found was there was no towel down with a hot towel after the massage, to wipe off the excess oil. I saw the heated towels there and grabbed one out to wipe myself down. Otherwise I would of been sliding around my slip ons all around the shops! Having had many massages in my time, I wasn’t sure if she forgot that step or was new and didn’t know. I’m sure I’ve always had a warm towel wipe downnafter my massages at Just You before, but I could be wrong. Overall though, always love my treatments at Just You and would always recommend it to people :)

Waxing service was amazing, eyebrows were darker than hair so looks a little odd
