It is extremely noisy in the rooms especially when you hear the life story of a beautician in the next room whilst you are trying to relax. Also when facial was given the beautician left the room for at least 15 minutes whilst face mask is on, I believe that during a face mask a neck massage or hand massage should be given. It is pretty poor that for $80 hour you are left on your own - I can easily do a mask at home. Other than that it was a lovely experience and would have been perfect if the 2 issues below didn’t occur

Consultant was not very friendly,, didn't make conversation, only talked when she wanted me to do something eg: move, head straight, hold this. Very business like with no smile. Have not had this consultant before at this salon.

It was way to cold in the salon for a massage. I had a blanket on and I was still cold.

I was happy with the service and the staff, however i would expect and appreciate a warm towel to clean off any excess wax and an oil or moisturiser to apply upon the completion of the waxing. I have had this provided previously on some visits.

Tuyen is a lovely person and nail tech however my problem is with the cost of the refills. $80 is so much money for nails every 2/3 weeks. It’s crazy! In Perth I paid $45 for the most awesome job. I don’t understand why it has to be so much, just because we live up here. Tuyen said it was so much because it included a drink of coffee, wine, beer etc but I was never offered any of these. I’d just rather pay less to be honest.

when I went into the room for my treatment the towel on the bed had obviously been used as it had white powder all over it,so I picked it up,shook it and turned it over.The beautician saw me do this and said nothing.Also my Pedicure was alot more rushed than usual.Thanks
