When booking the appointment, I inquired about the Pregnancy package as your brochure is not very specific as to what it entails. The person on the phone was not able to explain at all what was included and actually included less detail than the brochure. I would have happily booked this appointment but did not want to spend $175 when no one could even tell me what was included. I booked a full body massage specifying I would like to use your pregnancy pillow so I could lay on my stomach. When I arrived (5 minutes early though I was not called through until 5 minutes past my scheduled time) the room was not set up with the pregnancy pillow. I questioned if it could be used and the beautician had to go ask someone else as to what I meant. I understand she is new and I appreciate she went to ask someone else. However I then had to wait for the bed to be set up etc before my massage could commence. It was at least 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment time before the massage was started though it still finished at scheduled time. The massage itself was very relaxing and the beautician was very professional and I enjoyed the actual experience. However it is disappointing to pay for a service (a one hour body massage) and not receive the full service.

Front counter not alway's attended. Linen looking a little tired. Music needs to be more relaxing. Lighting when waxing needs to be improved especially on face.

Initial opinion was not didn't feel welcoming, I sat at the front for a few minutes and no one checked me in, whilst 3 staff chatted behind the counter. But the girls that gave the treatment were very friendly and accommodating. Not sure how a massage would go as a lot of talking and back ground noise so would make it hard to relax.

Emma was absolutely fantastic. I had given up on going to just you any longer as i was unsatisfied with the standard, and lack of knowledge and effort. Until i had a good friend who i trust recommend Emma, she was extremely professional in the industry with her knowledge and attention to detail whilst being extremely quick too!

I had a waxing appointment & found the therapist friendly & chatty. I also found that when carrying out the waxing, that she was not gentle & ripped the wax off like I was a slab of meat. She also missed bits, snapped hairs & was very messy with the clean up of removing wax. I was hoping that after not visiting Just You for at least a few years for waxing due to past negative experiences, that this may have been a positive experience but, unless I am absolutely desperate, I certainly wont be going there for regular waxing & certainly wont be recommending. Still disappointing overall. Sorry, can remember therapist's name but she is pregnant & will be leaving possibly next year/Feb... As mentioned above, she was very friendly, just the technique & clean up need attention.

Noisy environment, did not find my experience relaxing and as for the price, expensive for what i received.
