I can't believe the noise in your salon - I thought beauty salons were supposed to be a relaxing experience. After the last time I was there I vowed to never to return, but last week thought I'd give you another go with your $100 special. I even asked if I was booking in a quiet time and was told yes. Well, during my 1.5 hour treatment the waxing area in particular was extremely noising with people talking at the top of their voices - staff and clients. If you staff whispered all the time, then the clients would also. I could even hear the owner and her staff talking at the front counter - terrible stressful experience. At the time I thought that the beautician didn't leave the eyelash tint on for very long and then when I got home discovered it hadn't taken at all. I discussed all of this with the owner after my session and all she did was make excuses for the noise - as she does every time I've complained. Nothing is ever rectified. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

i had a very unpleasant experience recently with Bina. I had specifically asked her not to take any hair from the top of one of my eyebrows as they are naturally not even and have been growing it out for about 2 years from my previous experience with her... Bina did not listen, she took heaps off this eyebrow, I have now been left with embarrassingly uneven eyebrows which will take ages to grow back!! and to top it off the tint I received was an absolute mess, the lines were wonky and even splotches up to my forehead... it is not the first time i have had this happen from Bina!

I made a booking and then was told the time had to be changed due to staff leave. I said I will try my hardest to get there on time as it was a 5 hour trip from where I am currently living. We left super early so I could make the appointment especially and because I didn't have anywhere else to go. We arrived early and I walked into the waiting area, said hello to the numerous staff that were in the salon and not one greeted me back. I sat down and waited for 20 minutes and not one person greeted me or asked if they could help me. I even said hello to two of the staff that walked past but neither said hello back! I was only in Karratha for one night and had no where else to go otherwise I would've walked out then and there. Finally when I was greeted, I told the lady how pissed off I was and she apologised. I wasn't offered a discount or anything. On top of that, the wax job I received was ok, but the finer details were missed. I definitely won't be going back.

This was the worst haircut experience I have ever had. I felt like I was being rushed in and out the door even though I was the only client in the salon. My hair wasn't even the same length on both sides of my face with at least one cm of difference and the girl was ready to send me on my way. I had to tell her to please fix it up. There was just no attention to detail or love put into the service provided and today I am left looking at myself disappointed with my hair and just hoping it will not take too long to grow back. I will never go back there again and I will not be recommending their services to anyone.

Eye brows - service, poor! holly spoke about her personal issues which resulted in the attached photo. Very poor quality. Shellac hands and feet - not the best but did okay. Very nice ladies, sorry I forgot their names. Customer service was at a high standard with these ladies which diminished the quality of work. Reception - very rude and overly loud. Did not appreciate her service as the face of this salon.

Was texted phoned 2 days before appointment. Not the first time happens every time. Arrivd to be told the girl had quit, by the boss. She had to take Dr to airport. No one else could drive??? In the room I was put with a lovely new girl, she was tried, been there since 9. Was really slow, not confident, I had to take my own eye lash tiny off. She was not applying the wax the direction of the hair, and pulling the wrong way which was painful and not removing the hair. I wanted a leg wax. I was asked while my lash tint was on for someone to start my Brazilian. WTF. I had that girl wax the top half of one leg, she did well. Who ever she was! My tint was still on? Then the owner raced in the room started ripping into my Brazilian before I could inform her I like to keep a small amount of hair at top it was gone. She said sorry sooo many times. I was over it. Professionalism comes from example. There is no good example there.
