The young lady that I had for my body scrub was very lovely and made me feel relaxed as she knew I was also having the floatation tank after which was my 1st time All the the staff were great even after my floatation tank lovely gentleman blow dried my hair I loved my experience thank you

Very happy with how all the staff went out of their way to make my little girl's 11th birthday pamper party so special ! They were very attentive to all the girls and made them feel very glamourous with nail, hair and make-up treatments. Great value for money and fuss free for me. The only reason I didn't give it 10 stars for environment was just that it was busy and a bit congested when we all first arrived, but not a big issue and all got sorted once everyone was at their treatment stations.
