I was very happy with the service and staff of this salon. As soon as I walked in I was treated Like a Queen which is lovely. It was a very relaxing experience. I originally booked online and the price of service I was booking for was very different to what I was quoted when I got there. I understand that is a flaw in the booking system though so that’s ok. Overall, I did find it a bit pricey to be honest as normally I wouldn’t pay as much for regrowth colour. I received a quote for highlights and to my surprise the toner was not included in the cost and that was not my past experience at other higher end salons. Nevertheless my hairdresser catered to my budget as best she could and she listened and did a great job. I will go back as they are a great and professional hair salon and my hairdresser knew exactly what I was after. Thankyou

Simon was incredible! I felt like a new person after my treatment and it was such a relaxing environment. I felt so pampered especially with the complimentary snacks which were a bonus!

Jaz was amazing - the professionalism and care she demonstrated for India’s overall experience was awesome and the vibrancy and blend of colour is second to none. The whole team are great and their customer service is excellent. Honestly cannot recommend the team at Kaz Hair Brighton highly enough.
