Online booking system does not allocate enough time for your appointment - I recommend calling and booking over the phone. Hairdresser was therefore rushed, bounced me between a few other stylists/assistant. Few mishaps with colouring, but quick to rectify. Extremely happy with the final colour. Cut was quite blunt, not really what I wanted, but after 5.5hrs in the chair I just wanted to go home. If i'd asked for the cut to be fixed I know they would have, and had they had enough time or not been over-booked, I know my experience would have been far better.
